Javier Viera
Eagle Harbor
Javier Viera supports our US Coast Guard Office of International Affairs customer. After 21 years of military service in the US Coast Guard, he joined the Eagle Harbor team in November 2021. As an Overseas Billet Manager, he manages the Deployable Detached Employee (DDE) program. Since his start with Eagle Harbor, he immediately made an impact and has consistently received accolades for the excellent customer service he provides to personnel stationed down range in a foreign country. Mr. Viera inspires trust, and everyone assigned to the Office of International Affairs (active duty, civilians, and contractors) looks to him as one they can count on at any moment. Mr. Viera is an extraordinary team player, coworker, and human being. He truly cares about his work, those he works with, and those he serves. Mr. Viera is committed to doing the best possible job every day, and we are thankful he is on our team! Congratulations, Javier!!

Michelle Fines
Kiliuda Consulting
Michelle Fines joined the Kiliuda team in December 2017 as an Executive Assistant. She supports our US Navy customer at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Recently she supported the deployment of Strategic Systems Program (SSP) Green Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) Telephones and provided on-site user training to the Command. She diligently coordinated with various stakeholders to remove unused telephones at the Command and expertly supported the daily operation of Users with VOIP concerns or issues. We are fortunate to have an employee like Michelle on our team. Her exceptional technical and administrative skills have been invaluable in the success of this project. She is a true asset to the organization, and we are grateful for her hard work and dedication. Thank you, Michelle!!
Ria Ong Ante
Three Saints Bay
Ria is the Payroll and Disbursement Specialist for Three Saints Bay in Manassas, VA. Ria is an absolute asset to our team. She is incredibly responsive and helpful when it comes to timesheets and charge code issues. She is always available, no matter the day or time, and is incredibly quick to help resolve any issues. Ria works tirelessly to ensure that everyone is paid on time and that potential payroll errors are caught ahead of time. Ria’s enthusiasm and professional attitude are unparalleled and serve as an example. She is an invaluable member of the team. Thank you, Ria!!
Adam Scroggy
Amee Bay
Adam Scroggy joined the Amee Bay team in August 2021. He is an Electronic Technician supporting our US Navy customer at the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center. He has demonstrated tremendous dedication and technical expertise in supporting our US Navy customers at the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center. Adam’s commitment to excellence has been praised by our customers, and his leadership both within SWRMC and Amee Bay has been integral to the success of our performance on the contract. Blake Sigmon
Ocean Bay
Blake Sigmon joined the Ocean Bay team in 2019 as a Management Analyst. He has done an incredible job of supporting our customer NIWC Atlantic on the DCGS-MC project. His research and development of the new DCGS-MC IPT 0365 SharePoint has been invaluable, as it will provide an organized platform for communication, collaboration, and execution for the DCGS-MC IPT. Not only did Blake create the DCGS-MC IPT page and pages for each of the projects, but he also provided training and business rules to the Ocean Bay and Ghostrock PM Support teams. His automated approach to data collection will undoubtedly streamline our customer’s processes, and he will be an integral part of the roll-out and adoption of the tool. We are lucky to have such a talented and dedicated professional on our team. Thank you, Blake!!

Celesta Willmore joined the OLH team in November 2021. She is a General Clerk supporting our NAVFAC customer. Celesta has been such an inspiration to us all, shouldering the responsibilities of two positions while still managing to stay positive and professional.
