Kristine Alioto, a Senior International Student Training Specialist at Eagle Harbor, joined the team in 2018 and supports the US Coast Guard (USCG). Her impact on the team has been remarkable, and she is considered an outstanding employee. Her colleagues and clients hold her in high regard thanks to her dependability, efficiency, and professionalism. Her USCG knowledge, communication skills, and writing abilities have been invaluable in completing tasks, and she provides critical support to new employees. Kristine has achieved numerous milestones, including executing multiple Mobile Training Team missions, soliciting, and sending USCG members for exchanges, drafting inter-agency agreements, and attending Mexico Staff Talks. Jeanette Briley

Jeanette Briley is an exceptional administrative professional who provides executive support to Ghostrock’s customer, the US Coast Guard. She joined the company in 2019 and is the Team Lead of the Executive Administration Support Team. Her leadership skills came to the forefront when she expertly guided the Front Office Admin team during an understaffed period, ensuring they maintained exceptional support and motivation. Jeanette’s commitment to excellence is also evident in her role in successfully onboarding and training a new team member. This resulted in a seamless transition of support and excellent communication with the CG-9 Flag Officers, SES members, and their Deputies/Executive Assistants. Jeanette is a true asset to Ghostrock, always willing to go the extra mile to support her team and clients. We are grateful for everything she does and thank her for her commitment to excellence. Samuel Esquilin-Carrero is a Diversion Program Specialist supporting the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Caribbean Field Office in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Samuel is an invaluable asset to Ocean Bay, utilizing his diverse skill set to enhance the DEA’s outreach and prevention strategies. One of his notable accomplishments includes creating multiple DEA-approved animated social media presentations to promote the National Prescription Drug Take Back Initiative. His legal background and law degree have also proven to be a significant asset, as he can accurately translate essential documents related to the regulation of pharmaceutical controlled substances. Debbie Kurlis joined Bennett over three years ago as a Financial Specialist Level II, supporting the Budget Office of the Army Research Directorate of the Army Research Lab (ARL) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Despite workforce reductions, Debbie remains committed to helping her team excel through her skillful use of DAR-Q. Her expert process reviews in DAR-Q’s internal control functions have enabled senior leadership to promote accountability and corrective action follow-up for improved budget execution. Debbie’s financial proficiency and efficiency have greatly contributed to ARL’s mission completion, making her a valuable asset to the responsible use of taxpayer funds. Russell Wood

Russell Wood has worked for GVI since 2015 as a Logistics Analyst and Customer Service Representative supporting the US Navy. He demonstrates exceptional commitment to excellence and professionalism and is an excellent role model. Russ has played a pivotal role in NSWG-8, receiving an overall score of 95% with 100% inventory accuracy, the best score produced by any group within Naval Special Warfare during this FY23 inspection period. He has also supported WARCOM N4 leadership with many short-fused data calls and analyses, enabling informed decisions on Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) supply and maintenance support, leading to increased operational availability and cost savings.
