The Drug Enforcement Administration selected Kiliuda Consulting to support the Intelligence Analyst Mentoring Program to leverage judicial wire intercept information with all available sources ofinformation to further develop complex drug investigations and also to ensure the development of comparable skills within Afghan law enforcement.

Kiliuda Consulting was awarded a task order to provide Contract Intelligence Analyst Mentors to provide investigative analytical and mentoring support onsite at the Kabul Country Office (KCO). Under this tasking, Kiliuda will analyze tactical, investigative, and strategic intelligence, prepare reports to increase its efforts in the identification and investigation of high-level international drug traffickers and mentor Afghan SIU and NIU investigators.
