NIWC Atlantic selected Ocean Bay to provide Program Management and Technical Risk Management Support for Navy Region Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia (CNREURAFSWA) in their efforts to upgrade the Access Control and Intrusion Detection System (ACS-IDS) throughout various sites in Europe and Southwest Asia. In addition to risk management, our staff provided process review and improvement, meeting coordination, deliverables support, configuration management and financial management support.
