NIWC Atlantic selected Ocean Bay to provide project and process management support services to the DCGS-MC Integrated Product Team (IPT). Our on-site analysts provided program and project management, risk manement, resource management,and strategic planning & communications. Ocean Bay provided Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Lean Six Sigma, (LSS), and Program Management Institute (PMI) subject matter experts to the IPT to provide technical assistance, address best practices, assessment and appraisal preparation, and
evidence/artifact recommendations.
