NIWC Atlantic selected Ocean Bay to provide systems engineering, technical, and management support services to the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Shore Readiness Division (OPNAV N46). This support encompasses site survey, design, procurement, installation, integration, programming, testing, and project management for the outfitting of the Installation Defense Operations Center (IDOC) operator training lab, located at NIWC Atlantic in Charleston, South Carolina.
