In partnership with sister company GVI, Ocean Bay was selected by NWIC Atlantic to provide program management support to the Integration, Interoperability and Situational Awareness Integrated Product Team (I2SA IPT). Ocean Bay provided PMI-certified program management professionals to provide detailed Integrated Master Schedule (MS Project) and advanced critical path analysis. Our personnel also provided support in the following areas: user management and access to various SharePoint sites; data analysis; communication plan development; risk management; business process improvement; Standard Operating Procedures ; process training and organizational structure; meeting support to include scheduling and meeting minutes; and on-boarding support for new team members.
