Ocean Bay provided Program, Project and Process management support services to the Marine Corps Program Manager Intelligence Systems (PMIS) Office for Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic. This encompasses supporting the DCGS-MC Integrated Product Team (IPT) to include the Acquisition Life Cycle across the entire life cycle of the projects, including All Source, Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Spectrum Services Framework, & Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) projects. This requirement will include the creation, update and management of program management documentation and strategies.
