Ghostrock Systems Development, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is excited to announce the award of a new contract with NSWC Philadelphia Division. Under this contract, we will provide engineering & technical services for the Engineering Operational Sequencing System (EOSS) for Code 313. Ghostrock will provide technical data development, maintenance, and management of EOSS procedures and diagrams for US Navy and US Coast Guard ships.
