Eagle Harbor was selected to provide engineering, technical, and management support for NIWC Atlantic’s Electronic Security Systems and Emergency Management Systems. Eagle Harbor will provide NIWC Atlantic with engineering, technical, and management support services for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Emergency Management Systems (EMS). This support will include systems engineering, requirements management, technology assessments, system implementation, site survey, design, & contractor installation support, system testing, and operation and sustainment support. We will also provide system training support, equipment and material support, and warranty tracking and management. We will also provide programmatic support, to include project management, IPT support, Business Financial Management (BFM), and acquisition support.
