Eagle Harbor has received a follow on contract to provide professional management and technical support services in maintaining Vessel Response Plans (VRP) and Ship Oil Pollution Emergency Plan (SOPEP) on behalf of the U. S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Marine Environmental Response Policy (CG-MER). The VRP Program, with Eagle Harbor’s support, enhances the USCG’s ability to support all congressional mandates. The USCG also works to safeguard the American people to promote security in a complex, evolving maritime environment as a law enforcement organization, a regulatory agency, an environmental steward, a first responder, a member of the Intelligence Community.
