Barling Bay was awarded a multiple year IDIQ contract to support the strategic vision and objectives of SSC Atlantic. We have been tasked to standardize program, process and tools support services, as well as with the implementation of repeatable and measurable procedures in the following areas: Requirements Management, Configuration Management, Project Management and Integration, Scheduling Suppor, Hardware and Systems Support, and Technical Writing Support.
