Javier Viera
Javier Viera supports our US Coast Guard Office of International Affairs customer. After 21 years of military service in the US Coast Guard, he joined the Eagle Harbor team in November 2021. As an Overseas Billet Manager, he manages the Deployable Detached Employee (DDE) program. Since his start with Eagle Harbor, he immediately made an impact and has consistently received accolades for the excellent customer service he provides to personnel stationed down range in a foreign country. Mr. Viera inspires trust, and everyone assigned to the Office of International Affairs (active duty, civilians, and contractors) looks to him as one they can count on at any moment. Mr. Viera is an extraordinary team player, coworker, and human being. He truly cares about his work, those he works with, and those he serves. Mike Nemeyer
Mike Nemeyer has worked for Ocean Bay since June 2021, providing on-site support to our NIWC Atlantic and US Secret Service customers in Washington, DC as a Subject Matter Expert in Electronic Security Systems. Ocean Bay’s sister company, Eagle Harbor, received a new contract award as a direct result of Mike’s outstanding customer service and his support of various proposal efforts associated with the new contract award. Debbie Kurlis joined Bennett over three years ago as a Financial Specialist Level II, supporting the Budget Office of the Army Research Directorate of the Army Research Lab (ARL) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Despite workforce reductions, Debbie remains committed to helping her team excel through her skillful use of DAR-Q. Her expert process reviews in DAR-Q’s internal control functions have enabled senior leadership to promote accountability and corrective action follow-up for improved budget execution. Jeanette Briley is an exceptional administrative professional who provides executive support to Ghostrock’s customer, the US Coast Guard. She joined the company in 2019 and is the Team Lead of the Executive Administration Support Team. Robert “Brad” Hess joined the Amee Bay team in 2020. He is an Electrician supporting the US Navy. Robert is a diligent and hardworking employee with excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills that have resulted in the expedient repair of Casualty Reports (CASREPS) and various Machinery Alterations (MACHALT) installs that enabled ships to meet their operational commitments. Michelle Fines joined the Kiliuda team in December 2017 as an Executive Assistant. She supports our US Navy customer at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Recently she supported the deployment of Strategic Systems Program (SSP) Green Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) Telephones and provided on-site user training to the Command. Ayerica Powell joined our Team in September 2017. She is a Passport Agent supporting the US Coast Guard’s Office of International Affairs. Ayerica is the glue that held together the US Coast Guard Passport Division during one of the most challenging periods in recent times. Russell Wood
Russell Wood has worked for GVI since 2015 as a Logistics Analyst and Customer Service Representative supporting the US Navy. He demonstrates exceptional commitment to excellence and professionalism and is an excellent role model. Russ has played a pivotal role in NSWG-8, receiving an overall score of 95% with 100% inventory accuracy, the best score produced by any group within Naval Special Warfare during this FY23 inspection period. He has also supported WARCOM N4 leadership with many short-fused data calls and analyses, enabling informed decisions on Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) supply and maintenance support, leading to increased operational availability and cost savings. Jonathan Reyes has been with GVI for almost three years. He is a Supply Technician at the NAVAIR Interim Supply Support (ISS) Warehouse in San Diego, CA. His diligent work ethic has created a positive workflow in the warehouse by decreasing the turnaround time of customer requisitions, weekly tracking of situation status reports on all materials shipped/received, and the ability to successfully monitor inventory items.
