Ocean Bay will support the DEA Diversion Control Program at its DC Headquaters and across its 23 Field Offices across the United States. Services we will provide include 1) administrative and technical support; 2) financial, budgeting, and accounting support; 3) scientific studies, statistical modelling, research, analysis, and policy formulation; and 4) outreach services to create partnerships with community-based groups and associations.
