Amee Bay was awarded task order to provide engineering and technical services associated with the electrical power generation and distribution systems on board the U.S. Navy’s LHD-8, LHA-6, LCS-1 Class, LCS-2 Class, CG-47 Class, LHD-1 Class, and USCG Cutter Polar Star.

Amee Bay provided marine electricians, mechincs and QA technicianls to complete upgrades to the U.S. Navy’s LCS-1 Class electric plant control system, voltage regulators, and control power systems. TWe developed voltage regulating upgrade engineering and design products such as enclosures and Basler DECS 250N components. Amee Bay also provided design development and lead first article qualification efforts to allow common electric plant components to be qualified for multiple classes through a single Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT) process.
