Eagle Harbor is the prime contractor (employer) to support this work. There will also be two subcontractors supporting this effort.
You will be contacted by Eagle Harbor, or one of our subcontractors, for additional hiring information.
Three Saints Bay, also referred to as TSB, is the parent company to Eagle Harbor, LLC. Three Saints Bay, LLC is an Alaska Native holding company for the small businesses owned by Old Harbor Native Corporation. Our Corporate Office is in Manassas, VA, with additional offices in Charleston, SC, and Virginia Beach, VA.
You will not work for TSB; however, TSB provides all the operating companies day to day support for Human Resources, Security, Accounting, and Contracts Management. Therefore, if you are hired by Eagle Harbor, you will have interactions with TSB and some of its employees.
To continue supporting our customer in your current position, you’ll first need to become an employee of Eagle Harbor or one of its subcontractors.
Under the new contract, there are specific educational and experience requirements for all positions. We are required to ensure employees meet those requirements.
To ensure this contract is transitioned within the required timeframes, we ask that you only apply for the position that you currently hold at the National Training Center. We will address future vacancies after the transition is complete.
Yes. However, if you apply after the transition period, your position may not be available at a later date. You will need to apply as an external candidate, and you will be evaluated against all other external candidates.
We pay employees every 2 weeks (bi-weekly), for a total of 26 pay periods per year. We will provide you with a pay schedule once the hiring process is complete.
Unfortunately, we cannot answer this question until you apply for your position and disclose your current pay rate. We strive to ensure our wages are highly competitive within your geographic area and remain compliant with Federal guidelines (ex. SCA).
A SCA employee is one that has a minimum hourly pay rate directed by contract. Additionally, SCA employees are required to be provided a fixed number of holiday, paid time off (PTO), and sick leave days, as well as certain health and welfare benefits. The determination of an SCA employee is dependent upon the contract terms and the labor category in which you are hired. Our Human Resources Department and/or Recruiter will provide you with detailed information should our position labor category be appointed as SCA.
Employees that are not classified as SCA will receive a Paid Time Off (PTO) schedule from our Human Resources Department once hired.
Employees that are classified as SCA will receive PTO and Sick Leave Days where applicable and as outlined within their assigned Wage Determination.
Yes, we recognize the eleven (11) federal holidays each year. All full-time employees are compensated for holiday time off. We also provide paid bereavement and jury duty leave. Our Human Resources Department can provide you with additional information once you have applied for your position.
No, vacation/PTO hours earned under your current employer cannot be rolled over. Please contact your current employer for more information about what happens to your unused vacation or sick leave hours when you transfer to the new contract.
We will work with each employee to try and accommodate previously scheduled vacation/PTO to meet the needs of the employee and the company. Please let us know what dates you’ve planned so we can attempt to accommodate your absence as needed.
Please communicate with your immediate supervisor once you start work.
Benefits begin the 1st of the month following your date of hire. If your date of hire is on the 1st first of the month, your benefits will begin on that day.
